Hallmark hyped it up so we would all eagerly watch it – what a huge blunder!
I know a lot of people are going to roll their eyes at this review, but hey, that’s just my opinion. I thought the actors did a good job with what they had to work with, but what really threw me off was at the very beginning when the leads were sitting around the fire and at one point they suddenly stand up and hold hands… No, it doesn’t happen like that, there was very little preparation to produce a hand hold at that point.
The CGI or whatever it’s called was so fake
The fact that the lead actress had that much confidence in a hat was nothing short of absurd, she was willing to throw away her potential life partner for a hat – really? As another reviewer stated, it was a total blunder and a huge blunder! I gave it a 6 for acting, some parts were okay, especially with the grandfather, I found him endearing.
Sorry Hallmark, you missed the mark with this one
