Riot was so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to create an anime series that took several years to create.

After the release of the first season, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that it would take less time to produce. AniMat’s Crazy Cartoon Cast: Geeked Week for Freaks (2021) Enemy Written by Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sarman, Ben McKee, Daniel Platzman, Robin Frederiksen, Mattias Larsson, Justin Tranter, J.I.D. Made by Imagine Dragons with J.I.D.. I watched it with my parents who knew nothing about the league universe.
But my parents were surprised
I’ve been playing league since 2010 so my opinion may be a little biased. They said it was maybe a little obvious that the series was aimed at a young adult audience. Some use of pop songs and a bit of a twist on the villain mustache. But overall they enjoyed the first 3 episodes and the rest are fine to watch in their time.
For me I loved it!
It was everything I expected and then some. Riot’s art department has always been at their best. With Fortiche’s track record I knew there was very little chance I could go wrong. Knowing Riot’s art department it has a great story, well written characters, and a rich world to draw from.

All in all this show comes together beautifully and showcases some of the best talent Riot has to offer. 9/10: Amazing… We’ve rounded up all the anime series and movies we could find, created or distributed by Netflix.
