Being a Taylor Sheridan fan, I’ve been looking forward to Special Ops: The Lion since I first heard about it. Then I saw the trailer and my excitement grew. This is definitely another in Sheridan’s long line of hits. Everything he does seems to be great. This follows the story of Joe (Zoe Saldana), who works for the CIA and their war on terror. As he tries to balance his personal and professional life, he recruits Cruz (Laysla De Oliveira) into the Lion program to work with him to stop some terrorists. The brilliant series also stars Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, Michael Kelly, Jill Wagner and LaMonica Garrett.
