It depicts the 1965 Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island, where Bob Dylan performed with an electric guitar for the first time, filmed in the seaside resort town of Cape May, New Jersey. A minimal remedy was required given the resort’s commitment to National Historic Landmark designation due to its concentration of Victorian architecture and other 19th and 20th century architectural motifs.
