Follows Hans Jürgen Höss, son of Rudolf Höss, commandant of the Auschwitz camp, as he confronts his father’s involvement in the murder of over one million Jews during the Holocaust. Hans-Jürgen Höss: I don’t think my mother was really in the loop.
But I’m sure she didn’t know any details
A very good and informative documentary tells more about the history of the Holocaust. It’s not just about the atrocities committed at Auschwitz, but also about some of the dead and survivors and how they deal with it.
I suggest we all look into this
There are many films about the Holocaust, this one tells us more about dealing with it mentally, who did it, who survived and what they really know. We cannot change the past, but we do our best to understand it, learn from successes and mistakes, then strive not to repeat the mistakes of the past.
